Property Development

With over two decades of experience in mainland China, Henderson Land has established strong property development credentials for creating major new commercial and residential landmarks.

In the prime cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, our portfolio comprises excellently situated large-scale commercial complexes for rental, offering the most modern world-class facilities, features and services in prime locations on major transportation hubs, exemplified by World Financial Centre (wfc) in Beijing.

In the second-tier cities and provincial capitals of mainland China, our main focus is on the development of large-scale high-end residential schemes, which create self-contained communities with extensive local amenities. Examples include the Arch of Triumph in Changsha and La Botanica in Xian, which are substantial residential communities that combine unprecedented tranquil, green living environments with extensive local facilities and lifestyle conveniences. The emphasis we place on design and planning, building quality, ancillary facilities, neighbourhood improvement and after-sale services, make all our residential developments unique and attractive in the mainland China market.

We work closely with acclaimed international architects to deliver contemporary designs that are appropriate to their context. This approach, combined with our extensive expertise, committed China team and vertically integrated operations, enables us to consistently deliver quality of the highest standard to our customers.

The overwhelming demand for our completed developments in mainland China to-date represents a very clear vote of confidence by customers in the Henderson Land brand name.
