Mr. Lau has been an Executive Director of the Company since 1987. He has over 40 years' experience in banking, finance and investment. Mr. Lau is also a director of Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited and Miramar Hotel and Investment Company, Limited, both are listed companies. He previously served as an executive director of Henderson Investment Limited, a listed company, until his retirement on 9 June 2011.
