Our hotel interests mainly comprise ultra deluxe Four Seasons Hotel in the International Finance Centre (“ifc”) complex and the three 4-star Newton Hotels. Construction

Property Management

Our property management companies, Hang Yick Properties Management Limited and Well Born Real Estate Management Limited, manage over 75,500 residential, commercial and industrial units and shops, and 18,000 car parking spaces. The companies are on the frontline, fulfilling our pledge to provide the finest services to customers. Their excellent work has resulted in numerous awards reflecting wide recognition of the high quality professional service we provide and our ongoing contribution to the property sector and to the community at large.

Another property management company of the Group, Goodwill Management Limited (Goodwill), is mainly responsible for managing the investment portfolio of Henderson Land, which include large-scale shopping arcades, office towers, and industrial buildings. Established in 1992, Goodwill now manages over 33 properties with total gross floor areas of over 8,310,000 sq. ft..
