Listed in Hong Kong since 1972, Henderson Investment Limited is a subsidiary of Henderson Land Development Company Limited, a leading property group in Hong Kong.

Following the reorganisation to streamline the group structure in 2007, Henderson Land Development Company Limited acquired all of Henderson Investment's businesses (other than its infrastructure business) including property investment and hotel operation and all its interests in listed associated companies. Since then, Henderson Investment has been solely engaged in the infrastructure business in mainland China.
