mirror cabinet to be installed. High quality sanitary
wares include "DURAVIT" water closet and "TOTO"
bathtub. (Note: "ROCA" whirlpool type bathtub

Shower tray with "HANSGROHE" shower column
and "PROVEX"
shower seat are to be installed for Flats A & H from

False ceiling with special-designed chandelier/light fittings
and air-conditioning system to be installed.
Lift lobby on each residential floor to be finished
with natural stone flooring. Internal walls to be decorated
with natural stone, wood veneer finish and black mirrors
up to the line of false ceiling and bulkhead. False ceiling
and bulkhead with light fittings to be installed.
(Note: Lift lobbies on 58/F to 62/F to be decorated with
natural stone floorings and natural stone/ "EBONY" veneer/black

chandelier to be installed).
