DESIGN AND PURPOSES OF THE BUILDING
(1) Residential Units
Number of Residential Units : 1,782 units for residential purpose only.
Number of Residential Tower : 5 Towers namely Tower 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 (There is no Tower 4)
Number of Residential Storeys : 51 storeys (5/F - 62/F) for each Tower
14/F, 23/F, 24/F, 34/F, 43/F, 44/F and 54/F are omitted
Refuge floors are located on R1/F and R2/F of each Tower Floor ceiling height is approx. 2.76m (floor to floor).
"Saleable Area" means :
1.1 In relation to a unit enclosed by walls, the floor area of such unit (which shall include the floor area of any balconies and verandahs), measured from the exterior of the enclosing walls of such unit except where such enclosing walls separate two adjoining units in which case the measurement shall be taken from the middle of those walls, and shall include the internal partitions and columns within such unit; but shall exclude the common parts outside the enclosing walls of such unit provided that if any of the enclosing walls abut onto a common area, then the whole thickness of the enclosing walls which so abut shall be included;
1.2 In relation to any bay window which does not extend to the floor level of a unit, the area of such bay window measured from the exterior of the enclosing walls or glass windows of such bay window and from the point where the bay window meets the wall dropping to the floor level of a unit but excluding the thickness of such wall;
1.3 In relation to any yard, terrace, garden, flat roof or roof, the area of such yard, terrace, garden, flat roof or roof measured from the interior of their boundary lines, and where the boundary consists of a wall, then it shall be measured from the interior of such wall.

In relation to any utility platform not enclosed by a solid wall, the floor area measured from the external boundary and if it is enclosed by walls, the floor area of the said utility platform measured from the exterior of the enclosing walls or boundary of the said utility platform except where such enclosing walls or boundary separate two adjoining utility platforms, in which case the measurement shall be taken from the middle of those walls or boundary, and shall include the internal partitions and columns within the said utility platform; but shall exclude the common parts outside the enclosing walls or boundary of the said utility platform and exclude the whole thickness of the enclosing walls or boundary which abut onto any units provided that if any of the enclosing walls or boundary abut onto a common area, then the whole thickness of the enclosing walls or boundary which so abut shall be included.

"Gross Area" of a unit shall be the sum of its Saleable Area, its area of Bay Windows, Balcony and Utility Platform, and its apportioned share of the relevant portion of the Common Area.

"Common Area" shall include but not limited to lift lobbies, lift shafts, passageways, staircases, entrance lobbies, shuttle lift lobbies, cable ducts, residents' clubhouse, service counters, property services office, transformer rooms, refuse rooms, machine rooms, metre rooms, and all other areas/roof/flat roof which are not for the exclusive use and benefit of the Owner of any particular units.

(2) Shops : On part of G/F and part of 1/F, for commercial purpose only.
G/F floor ceiling height is approx. 5m (floor to floor).
1/F floor ceiling height is approx. 4.7m (floor to floor).
(3) Car Parking Spaces : In Basement and on parts of 1/F, 2/F and 3/F, for car parking purpose only.
(4) Club House : On part of 3/F, P/F and UP/F, for clubhouse purpose only.
