Ms Kong Po Yan joined the Company in 2021 and is presently the General Manager of Portfolio Leasing (2) Department. Ms Kong holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from The University of Hong Kong. Ms Kong has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has extensive experience in retail and commercial leasing as well as implementation of large scale renovation projects and trade-mix repositioning exercises. She had held managerial positions in renowned property developers and real estate trust, including Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, New World Development Company Limited and Link Real Estate Investment Trust.
