The Henderson Land Realising Your Imagination Interactive Exhibition Connects the Community to Ignite Imagination of the Future
Combining AR Technology and One-of-a-kind NFT Souvenirs to Pioneer Viewing and Collecting Experiences

Henderson Land Group (“Henderson Land” or “the Group”) organised the “Realising Your Imagination Creative Competition” last December to encourage communal imagination through creating multimedia artworks about the community, the city’s future and an ideal way of living with inspiration from the Group’s contributions to the city. Results of the competition will be announced at an award ceremony on 31 May, and a free public interactive exhibition with pioneering viewing and NFT collecting experiences will be held from 3 June to 14 June at H Queen’s in Central. A unique NFT Experience Zone will be set up to allow visitors to immerse in the artworks through AR technology, get inspired by the award-winning creators’ visions and stand a chance to not only create a personalised NFT souvenir but also ignite imagination.

Henderson Land embraces fresh ideas and collaborates closely with talent from different sectors to constantly provide personalised services and novel experiences. The competition has empowered young talent and encouraged communal imagination, having received hundreds of creative entries from different walks of life, including a student who aspires to be an architect, a digital artist who integrated technology with nature and the community, and an imaginative performing artist who drew on her upbringing and city encounters to envision a new future.

Participants took inspiration from the Group’s landmarks, residential and commercial projects, the surrounding communities as well as philanthropic endeavours. For example, in the Open group, a 3D scanning and Point Cloud artwork transformed ArtLane into an immersive AR experience. In the Student Group, sky trains and marine bike lanes were designed to enhance people’s quality of life and to address urban needs. The entries demonstrate varied visions of the future and showcase the immense power of creativity and imagination.

A nine-member judging panel, comprising architects, city planners and art and multimedia professionals, has selected a total of 17 winners from both Open and Student Groups, the results of which will be announced at the award ceremony on 31 May. There will be a champion, a first runner-up and a second runner-up for each group, as well as three Judges’ special awards and eight outstanding work awards. Winners will be awarded art trips to Europe and/or cash prizes.

“Realising Your Imagination Interactive Exhibition” pioneers viewing and collecting experiences

From 3 June, the Group will hold the “Realising Your Imagination Interactive Exhibition” at H Queen’s, Hong Kong’s first vertical art and architectural landmark. The 12-day exhibition will be open to the public for free.

Zone 1 “Imagine Your Future” will feature a Wheel-Mirror Tree as a point of departure to convey a message of thriving growth by fusing Henderson Land’s symbolic eternal wheel with a futuristic mirror design. The Wheel-Mirror Tree will incorporate winners’ works, which gleaned inspiration from human-centricity and integrated digital technologies such as 3D Scans, VR, micro films, photography and animation to weave together a reimagined future. In Zone 1&2, visitors can interact with six winning artworks through AR. Zone 3 “Web3.0 Creative Space” will lead visitors to an original journey where they can turn their art photos into an NFT collection to be stored in a Henderson Land NFT wallet. By embarking on an innovative Web3 journey, visitors can share their art photos on the Internet and spark further imagination.

Step into a 270° immersive experience in Zone 4 “Immersive Space”, where visitors will go on a visual journey of the Group’s iconic developments such as the International Financial Centre complex and ArtLane.
