Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate revenues and expenses of leasing portfolio against budgets set
  • Prepare periodic business plans and asset management reports
  • Assist to develop financial model analysis for leasing portfolio
  • Analyze financial information against  industry data and economic statistics
Requirements:
  • Degree holder, preferably in Accounting / Finance
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience preferably in real estate industry
  • Proficiency in consolidating accounts and well-versed in using Excel & PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
