Senior Leasing Officer / Leasing Officer (Residential Leasing)

• Handle leasing matters and management for serviced apartments
• Build good relationship with tenants through providing quality services

• Degree holder in Hotel Management or related disciplines
• Relevant experience preferably gained from property developer or serviced apartments is preferred
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Leasing Officer
