To raise the standard of management services rendered, we have acquired the accreditation of ISO 9001: 2008(Quality Management System) and ISO 14001: 2004 (Environmental Management System). The Integrated Management System (IMS) has been implemented at the head office of Goodwill, Metro City Plaza II, Miramar Shopping Centre, Miramar Shopping Centre - Hotel Tower and Miramar Tower.
Goodwill has been the associated member of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Ltd. since 1999.
As a supporter of environmental protection, recycle bins have been placed in the properties under Goodwill's management to help educating our Tenants the importance of environmental protection and facilitating refuse categorization and recycling.
In order to upgrade the quality of our service and keeping in pace
with the time, our employees are encouraged to pursue further study
while regular internal training and workshops are organised.
