1.	AREA MANAGER (Ref: HP/GWM/AM)
	Degree holder, preferably major in Property Management / Legal / Language Studies or other related discipline Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) Minimum 6 years' experience in property management with 3 years' supervisory experience inclusive; experience in DMC building and investment property management is required Proficiency in both written Chinese and English; possess of strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure Leasing experience is an advantage but not essential Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Area Manager 返回目錄

3.	MAINTENANCE OFFICER (Ref.:HP/GWM/MO)
	Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate / Diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade A or above) 5 years' relevant experience in building maintenance & fitting-out work experience is an advantage Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of a mixed property portfolio Lead the technical team to carry out routine and preventive maintenance Candidates will less experience / qualification will be considered for the post of Assistant Maintenance Officer 返回目錄

	HKDSE或以上程度具兩年或以上客戶服務經驗者優先需於大型商場/商業大廈禮賓部為客戶提供接待及諮詢服務友善、細心及關注顧客需要操流利粵語、英語及普通話需九小時輪班工作平均月入按經驗而定返回目錄
5.	客戶服務主任 (Ref.: HP/GWM/APO)
	HKDSE或以上程度具四年或以上物業管理經驗負責商場 / 商廈之物業管理、行政及客戶服務等工作操流利粵語、英語及普通話需九小時輪班，但毋須通宵工作經驗較少者可獲考慮聘用為助理客戶服務主任返回目錄
