Responsibilities:
  • Assist to manage the Smart Building integrations-related aspects and new commercial projects
  • Work with stakeholders including Project Management, Leasing & Technology Teams and external vendors to ensure IoT / Smart Building project is delivered timely and with high quality in compliance with corporate guidelines and security standards
  • Able to drive business requirement discussions and the entire project lifecycle, providing consulting and subject matter expertise for business teams and ultimately ensuring project deliverables meet the business requirements and achieve maximum effectiveness and satisfaction
  • Co-ordinate with Technology Team and vendors on feasibility study to identify solutions that best match business needs
  • Liaise with users, Technology Team and vendors for system design, implementation, bug fixing, testing, training and related documentation
  • Conduct technical assessment and evaluation on new solution and products
  • Perform analysis of system architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, security, functionality and scalability
  • Take responsibility for technical aspects of solutions, such as product and solution briefings, proposal preparations, supporting bid responses, proof-of-concept work, and the co-ordination of supporting technical resources
  • Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ software development experience, solid in project management and participation in software development projects from inception to completion with minimum 2 years’ experience in building-related system integration
  • 1-2 years’ experience in building services or related industry
  • Familiar with Cloud and application architectures
  • In-depth understanding of the entire software development process from design to deployment
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, flexible and ability to learn and take on challenges
  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem solving, analytical thinking and managerial skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
