Led by Henderson Land, together with several local developers, the City One Shatin project was completed, providing 10,642 residential units. It remains the largest residential development in the Shatin district to date.
Comprising five phases with about 4,760 units, Sunshine City was the largest private housing estate developed by the Group in the 1990s and was the first large-scale private housing development in Ma On Shan.
