Provide internal users support on Desktop PCs, Notebook PCs, Video Conference, Mobile and Network Devices
Administrate User Account, Network, Security, Software, Desktop and Mobile Device Policies and servers
Monitor network, operation system to ensure the stability of services
Manage IT Hardware/Software Inventory and corresponding update/upgrade
Perform regular data backup
Prepare IT User Manual and conduct corresponding user training
Coordinate with vendors to deliver IT Products, Services and Solutions
Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by Department Head
崗位要求:
Higher diploma above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum 3 years working experience in IT support
Solid skills and knowledge of supporting MS Windows, Mac OS/Application, video-conferencing, File Database, E-mail Servers administration and Systems Backup etc.
Experience in Network cabling and maintenance, e.g. TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, VPN, DNS, Active Directory
Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently in a collaborative environment with tight deadline
Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
