Established in 1973, E Man has been working closely with its parent Henderson Land Development Company Ltd to explore new fronts in property development, taking charge of all the construction tasks. Over the last 30 years E Man has joined forces with Henderson Land to create new industry benchmarks in a lot of projects, with recent ones including the overall planning of International Finance Centre in partnership with Sun Hung Kai Properties, Regence Royale, Grand Promenade, Grand Waterfront, The Beverly Hills and Kwun Tong 223.
Over the past 30 years, E Man has completed construction of properties for a total gross floor area of 100 million sq. ft.; an average of 6,000 units a year from 1992 until now. Its construction expertise extends from residential estates, commercial developments and industrial buildings to shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, parks and footbridges.
To evolve, progress and improve with time, E Man continuously upgrades its construction technology, enhances its electronic project management and introduces new machinery. In addition, the company has worked to raise internal awareness of environmental issues, while placing more emphasis in its construction work on environmental protection and occupational safety. We are proud to have our construction excellence recognized internationally through achieving the ISO9002-1994 which was upgraded to ISO9001-2000 in 2002. E Man also achieved ISO14000 Environmental Management System in 2003 and will endeavour to pursue the highest standards in each and other projects.
