Located in Tseung Kwan O, Metro City occupies a gross floor area of 7,200,000 sq. ft. with more than 6,700 residential units organized into 21 blocks, completed in three phases.

E Man spared extra effort in monitoring and pumping out the underground water in the deep basements, building the foundation while managing seamlessly the construction of the 11 blocks sitting above the podium deck. E Man, as an experienced contractor with extended capabilities, navigated smoothly through the process against a background of extreme project complexity and rough environment.

The Metro City Plaza is erected on the platform of Phases I and II of Metro City and the Metropolis. Spanning over a floor area of 1.5 million sq. ft. in total, it is to date the largest shopping mall in Kowloon East. Meticulously planned and built with a breakthrough in architectural design, the gigantic dome-shaped skylight at the atrium of Phase II create a spacious environment with extra comfort.

All three phases of the shopping mall are finished with covered footbridges leading the way to a number of public and private housing estates, with direct access to the MTR Po Lam Station.
