Assistant Analyst (Real Estate)

• Degree in Business Administration / Real Estate or related disciplines
• 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in real estate industry
• Assisting in asset review, asset branding and business planning on sales & marketing for asset disposal; conducting market research and site inspection for price estimation; updating market trends and information of upcoming real estate in Hong Kong
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Result-oriented and self-motivated, strong study and analytical capability
• Multi-tasking with good communication and interpersonal skills
