Responsibilities:
  • Handle property handover and aftersales complaints
  • Conduct defects inspection
  • Manage and monitor external parties to carry out maintenance, improvement and defect rectification works
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in customer services management of real estate industry
  • Experience in dealing with property handover & aftersales complaints; customer service software & tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Able to lead and motivate a team
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing is a must
