Assistant Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Officer (Retail)

• Assist to manage and handle leasing matters of a portfolio of retail premises
• Manage and handle all leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal

• Degree holder with over 4 years’ experience in retail leasing with major developers is preferred
• Strong networks with real estate agents, potential retail tenants and F&B tenants
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
• Proactive with supervisory skill
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Leasing Officer
