Finance Officer - Asset Management

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in month-end consolidation, management reporting and budgeting
  • Prepare periodic management reports and assist in ad-hoc analysis
  • Support the Finance Manager to monitor the performance of the leasing portfolio
Requirements:
  • Degree holder, preferably in Accounting / Finance
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience preferably in real estate industry or property management company
  • Proficiency in consolidating accounts and well-versed in using Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred
