Project Manager (Technical) - For Hong Kong Projects

• Graduated from recognized Tertiary Education Institutes with Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or related disciplines or equivalent
• Registered Clerk-of-Works will be an advantage
• Minimum 8 years’ site experience preferably with property developers or with consultant firms
• Experience in handling high class residential projects in HK
• Responsible for the works quality assurance of prestigious residential and commercial developments in HK
• Knowledgeable in local regulations and procedures of building construction
• Effective in leadership, team playing and interpersonal skills; diligent and passionate at work; always driving for excellence
• Good communication skill and fluency in both English and Chinese
• Occasional travel to PRC will be required to inspect off-site works and materials
• To work under Project Management (2) Department to manage HK development projects from early construction stage to completion with a satisfactory handover of the completed works and individual flats as appropriate
