Senior Credit Control Officer / Credit Control Officer

• Carry out debt recovery actions and collect turnover figures from customers via telephone calls, emails or demand letters
• Collaborate with solicitors if legal action is required
• Prepare analysis reports
• Post and allocate daily payments
• Handle internal or external customers enquiry

• Degree holder or above
• 3 years’ working experience in banking / credit loan / legal or relevant fields, preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in supervisory level
• Sound legal knowledge (civil) and relevant working experience will be an advantage
• Proficiency in written English and PC applications including Chinese word-processing
• Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure and attentive to details
• Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Credit Control Officer
