Senior IT Officer

• Provide maintenance and support for IT systems, networks and VC systems
• Oversee IT-related infrastructure projects and initiatives
• Assess and provide recommendations on IT hardware, software and services
• Manage software installation, system evaluations and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with departments to implement IT solutions
• Conduct seminars and user training sessions
• Maintain good relations with IT vendor and handle procurement
• Develop IT policies and operating procedures
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management with 2-3 years’ in supervisory level
• Solid hands-on experience in VMware, Veeam Backup, Windows, Active Directory and Linux Servers
• Proven experience in managing PRC IT projects is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, self-motivated, quick learner with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Occasional business trip to PRC is required
