Senior Sales Supervisor

• Involve in general sales operations and sales launches and assist in pricing and market research
• Promote and sell HK residential, non-residential and investment properties
• Assist in planning, organizing and executing sales campaigns
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid sales and marketing experience gained from property developer
• Good selling, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficiency in PC applications
• To work 5 days per week; work on weekends and public holidays maybe required during sales campaigns
• Candidates with less experience or lower qualification will be considered for junior position
