Corporate Communications Officer

• Plan, manage and execute CSR initiatives in line with the Company’s objectives
• Support in developing CSR initiatives; contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of CSR projects from inception to completion
• Assist in crafting compelling editorial content for CSR publicity including writing press releases, newsletters, website content & social media posts to communicate the Company’s CSR initiatives and their impacts
• Assure all communication align with the Company’s branding & messaging and effectively engage various audiences
• Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness & impacts of CSR initiatives; track progress against objectives and prepare reports for management
• Act as a liaison between the Company and its stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Translation or related disciplines
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or related field such as sustainability, corporate communications or public relations
• Fluency in English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Enthusiasm for communication, innovation and excellence
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
• Proactive with problem-solving mindset and attentive to details
