CRM Analyst (1-Year Contract)

Responsibilities:
  • Support planning, developing and implementing customer programs along with member journey from acquisition, retention to reactivation
  • To take ownership in customer-centric analysis including pre & post campaign evaluation, measure effectiveness to improve future response and ROI
  • Develop and perform customer segmentation, profile and spending behavior analysis, for in-depth understanding of customer persona and needs
  • Conduct monthly and regular reports
  • Convert data into insights, key findings and actionable recommendations in order to achieve business and CRM KPIs
  • Identify market trends and insights to optimize sales and business opportunities
  • Handle ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM, data analytics, marketing, preferably in retail industry
  • Fast learner with good project management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business and marketing acumen, good numerical sense
  • Well organized, creative, proactive, self-motivated, detail and result-oriented
  • Knowledge in campaign management tools
  • Good team player and able to work well independently
