Project Officer

• Provide support in conducting portfolio review and asset appraisal including feasibility study on asset development and enhancement proposals etc.
• Assist in research on new property designs, materials and technologies
• Liaise with internal departments and consultants to ensure timely delivery of project in good quality and within budget
• Conduct benchmarking study on competitors’ investment properties

• Degree in Surveying / Building Studies or Real Estate Finance
• 2 – 3 years’ relevant experience in real estate industry
• Good study and analytical capability
• Multi-tasking, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and attentive to details
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Project Officer
