Assistant Officer (Research)

• Conduct market research and analysis on Hong Kong non-residential property market
• Assist in collecting and analyzing market intelligence and compile regular reports
• Keep abreast and update record of the Hong Kong non-residential market information
• Maintain good relationship with various estate agents
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Degree holder
• Experience in market research and analysis in real estate industry is highly preferred
• Strong networks with estate agencies will be an advantage
• Possess business acumen and strong analytical mindset
• Good communication skills with fluency in both Chinese and English
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese word-processing
