Deputy Project Manager

• Handle handover or takeover of leasing properties
• Conduct feasibility study, cost estimation, tendering and site work supervision of additional / alteration / subdivision / improvement works for leasing properties
• Provide technical advice and recommendations on subdivision and improvement works
• Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties including consultants, architects, contractors and relevant government authorities (e.g. Buildings Department) on renovation and A&A projects independently
• Plan budget, control the project program and cost
• Keep proper records of all documents including tendering and drawings

• Degree in Building / Surveying / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience
• Basic knowledge in local regulations of building and requirements of licence application for F&B, PPE, school, etc. will be an advantage
• Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle multi-task and work independently
• Outdoor work is required
