Deputy Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

• Possess recognized professional qualification of HKIA, HKIS, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience with renowned property developers
• Experience in high-class residential and hotel projects, clubhouse and restaurants
• Knowledgeable in local regulations, procedures, tendering, contract administration, research on and procurement of innovation works
• Fluency in English and experience in project liaison and co-ordination
• Good leadership, team playing and interpersonal skills
• Occasional travel to PRC will be required to research on building technology & materials, quality inspection, etc.
• To work under a Project Manager on prestigious residential development projects in HK from early construction stage to completion
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Project Manager
