Assistant Building Surveyor

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Surveying, Building Studies, Building Services, Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in building maintenance and renovation work for residential and commercial properties
• Responsible for assisting property management team; investigating cause of building defects; managing maintenance works and fitting-out works; preparing quotation and tender document for building works
• Experience in handling mandatory orders and minor works related to buildings is an advantage
• Proficiency in PC applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
