Asset Management Officer

• Assist in overseeing a leasing portfolio to maximize financial performance
• Analyze and identify value-added opportunities for the leasing portfolio to maximize operational efficiency
• Assist in formulating and implementing asset plan to attain objectives
• Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials and providing supports to the team as needed
• Perform market analysis periodically

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Real Estate or related industries
• 1 – 2 years’ experience preferably in leasing, project management, shopping centre property management or asset management from property developers or real estate funds
• Team player with strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Proactive to develop market awareness and be able to work independently
• Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint and Excel
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
