Credit Control Officer

• Carry out recovery actions for arrears of rent via distraint / Small Claims and collect turnover figures from customers via telephone calls, emails or demand letters
• Collaborate with solicitors if legal action is required
• Prepare analysis reports
• Post and allocate daily payments
• Handle enquiries from both internal and external customers

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in real estate / banking / credit loan or relevant industry
• Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure and attentive to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written English and PC applications including Chinese word-processing
