Senior Contract Manager

• Leading a small team of in-house quantity surveyors
• Selecting, appointing and managing quantity surveying consultants
• Handling cost planning & control, contract strategies & procurement, tendering and contract administration
• Processing payments to consultants, contractors and sub-contractors
• Resolving contractual disputes and claims
• Preparing final accounts of projects
• Reporting directly to the General Manager of Project Management (2) Department

• Degree in Quantity Surveying; additional degree in Law / Project Management will be an advantage
• Possess recognized professional qualification of HKIS, RICS or equivalent
• Member of professional project manager is a plus
• Minimum 15 years’ post-qualification experience working at senior position of quantity surveying consultancy firms or renowned property developers
• Familiar with quantity surveying and contract law
• Good leadership, team player and interpersonal skills
• High integrity, diligent, responsible and proactive
