Senior Customer Services Officer

• Degree or above
• 3 – 5 years’ working experience in supervisory level and relevant experience in dealing with complaints
• Technical experience in property field is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Excellent correspondence and report writing skills
• Hands-on skills in PC applications including Chinese word-processing
• Mature, patient and self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• On-site co-ordination works is required
