Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns including seasonal promotions, events and sponsorships, to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
  • Manage social media accounts and collaborate closely with tenants & agencies on content creation and production to ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of marketing content and tenant information across all physical & digital touchpoints including POP displays, digital screens, social media, websites and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors to align campaign strategies and ensure seamless execution. Monitor budgets and expenditures and manage procurement processes efficiently and in compliance with policies
  • Monitor and track campaign performance against KPIs and evaluate overall effectiveness
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid marketing experience with exposure to integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing or social media management, preferably gained in shopping malls, commercial property development or F&B industry
  • Proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to details
  • Strong communication skills and able to build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, tenants, business partners and stakeholders
  • Multi-tasking, able to manage project timelines independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese with the ability to craft compelling marketing content and copy
  • Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of digital design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and HTML will be an advantage
