Senior Project Manager / Project Manager - For Hong Kong Projects

• Solid experience in and responsible for handling high class prestigious residential developments in HK
• Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIA and Authorized Person (Architect) or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience with property developers and experience in cost engineering & construction contract administration
• Knowledgeable in local regulations and procedures of building, planning and land submissions
• Effective in leadership, team playing and interpersonal skills. Diligent and passionate at work. Always driving for design excellence
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
• Occasional travel to PRC will be required to research and inspect on building technology and materials
• To work under Project Management (2) Department to manage HK development projects from inception stage to completion stage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Project Manager
