Our Land Bank
The total land bank of Henderson Land in Hong Kong amounts to approximately 25.2 million sq. ft. in total attributable gross floor area as of 31 December 2022. This includes our interests in development sites, investment properties, hotel properties as well as the property interests in our listed subsidiaries and associates.

Property development is at the core of Henderson Land's business. Our widely acclaimed development projects are situated in exceptional locations along mass transportation routes, with many of them in unparalleled waterfront settings or amid lush green open space.
PROPERTY INVESTMENT
Henderson Land's substantial and diverse property investment portfolio mainly comprises offices and shopping arcades, which collectively account for about 90% of our investment properties in gross floor area terms. The Group also owns a number of residential properties and industrial buildings, making our investment portfolio more balanced and diversified.
