Arrangements for Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications
Pursuant to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Listing Rules”), the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and the Company’s Articles of Association, the Company has adopted electronic dissemination of Corporate Communications* whereby both English and Chinese versions of all Corporate Communications will be published on the Company’s website and the HKEXnews website at www.hkexnews.hk (the “Website Version”). Shareholders may view the Website Version of the Corporate Communications by clicking the link “Investor Information” on the home page of the Company’s website or browsing the HKEXnews website. The Company will only send Corporate Communications in printed form to shareholders upon their requests.
Notification of Publication of Corporate Communications
The Company will not notify shareholders of the publication of Corporate Communications by post.
If shareholders wish to receive email notifications when the Company publishes Corporate Communications on the Company’s website and the HKEXnews website, they may provide their functional email addresses as follows:
(a) registered shareholders may provide their functional email addresses by completing and sending the Request Form below to the Company’s share registrar; and
(b) non-registered shareholders^ may liaise with the bank(s), broker(s), custodian(s), nominee(s) or HKSCC Nominees Limited through which their shares are held (collectively, the “Intermediaries”) and provide their functional email addresses to the Intermediaries.
Alternatively, shareholders may register for the News Alerts service of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.
If no functional email address is provided, shareholders will not be able to receive any email notification from the Company.
Actionable Corporate Communications
Pursuant to the Listing Rules, the Company is required to send Actionable Corporate Communications# to its registered shareholders individually. If no functional email address is provided, the Company can only send Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form by post to the registered shareholder’s address as shown in the register of members of the Company.
Choice of Language and Request for Corporate Communications in Printed/Electronic Form
Shareholders have the right at any time to (i) change their choice of language and/or means of receipt of Corporate Communications, or (ii) request a Corporate Communication to be sent to them in printed form or electronic form free of charge by giving not less than seven days’ notice in writing to the Company’s share registrar. Such request may be made by completing and sending the Request Form below to the Company’s share registrar. Shareholders’ request for receiving printed form of Corporate Communications will be valid until such request is revoked in writing or for one year from the date of receiving their instruction (whichever is earlier).

* Corporate Communications, in general, include (a) the annual report; (b) the interim report; (c) a notice of meeting; (d) a listing document; (e) a circular; and (f) a proxy form, issued by the Company.
# Actionable Corporate Communications refer to any Corporate Communications that seek shareholders’ instructions on how they wish to exercise their rights or make an election as shareholders.
^ Non-registered shareholder refers to such person or company whose shares are held in the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS)and who has notified the Company from time to time through Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited to receive Corporate Communications.
