Senior Leasing Manager (Retail Leasing)

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for assigned retail portfolio
• Prepare rental budget, rental forecast and co-ordinate credit control matters
• Conduct market research and analysis periodically to identify market trends, demand and potential opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including asset management, marketing and operational teams to promote the success of the assigned retail portfolio
• Execute key asset management initiatives for the assigned portfolio as per the asset plan
• Co-ordinate with property management to deliver excellent customer and tenancy services
• Lead and motivate subordinates

• Degree holder with over 12 years’ experience in retail leasing
• Strong retail and F&B sense with strategic mind to position and brand the assigned retail portfolio
• Proactive, possess positive attitude and drive for excellence
• Solid people management skills to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
