THE PIER, jointly developed by Henderson Land Group and Shanghai Land (Group) Co., Ltd., is a new landmark development along the waterfront. This exceptional destination combines premium office spaces, waterfront entertainment and shopping outlets, urban green spaces, and a selection of lifestyle amenities. Through innovative design and a focus on connectivity, THE PIER creates a dynamic ecosystem that redefines the waterfront commercial landscape.

The project is set for completion in 2025, with a total area of approximately 1.18 million square feet, including 667,000 square feet of office floor area spread across two highly sought-after riverside standalone buildings and one Grade A office building. Additionally, it features approximately 161,000 square feet of connected commercial floor area and nearly 500 parking spaces. Located along the Huangpu River, the project seamlessly integrates historical architecture with lush green spaces, bridging the east and west of the city. Conveniently situated near Metro Lines 4 and 14, with five cross-river tunnels providing easy access to Puxi, the development’s comprehensive transportation network will further enhance regional connectivity, establishing a new riverside office landmark. An approximately 300-meter-long green roof serves as a key feature, effortlessly connecting the ground level to the rooftop via various vertical transportation options.
