World Financial Centre

Beijing World Financial Centre (wfc)  is a Super Grade-A office building, integrating multiple honors and artistic temperament world-class design. wfc is the first truly Grade-A office complex in Beijing, and the only office building in the city with a column / wall free floor plate of 47,000 square feet. It was designed by Cesar Pelli, one of the world’s most renowned master architects. The distinctive crystal jewel boxes that comprise WFC’s two 22-storey towers are a defining icon on the landscape of the Central Business District, providing a dazzling headquarter for global business and finance. Located with close connection to two Metro Lines 10 – Jintai Xizhao Station & Line 6 – Hujialou Station and provide 1,278 car parking Spaces.

Adhering to the highest possible Platinum standard has adhered to the highest standards of LEED and the development received awards and credits including the the highest possible "Platinum" rating from both the United States Green Building Council's LEED and HK-Beam; and Asian Institute of Intelligent Buildings (AIIB) Certificate of Intelligent Building Index (IBI) Assessment "Distinction".
