Responsibilities:
  • Provide a full range of professional HR services including recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, staff relations, performance management, payroll & MPF calculation, taxation and staff record etc.
  • Work closely with different hiring managers to define strategies and identify talent needs to support the department’s overall development
  • Lead the HR function to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
  • Consolidate and prepare HR related reports for management review
  • Lead annual HR cycle including budgeting, manpower planning, data analysis, performance review
  • Provide supports in office administrative duties
  • Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ HR experience, strong in C&B function and experience in generalist role is a plus
  • Good understanding in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, taxation and MPF related regulations, and other related legislations
  • Strong sense of job ownership, eager to learn, with can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in Excel and other PC applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
