Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager - Sustainability / ESG

• Develop and execute the company’s sustainability strategies in alignment with its goals and visions
• Prepare and deliver the company’s sustainability reporting, including materiality assessment, content development, data management and verification
• Collaborate with all departments for external disclosure of ESG indices and ratings such as DJSI, GRESB, CDP, etc.
• Support the climate and nature-related disclosure tasks on TCFD and TNFD
• Co-ordinate efforts across the company to achieve SBT / Net Zero
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects
• Foster a culture of sustainability and high performance throughout the company and among stakeholders
• Stay informed about sustainability trends and best practices to continually improve the company’s initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company’s sustainability efforts
• Work with group communications to promote sustainability initiatives and projects through various channels, such as company website, press releases, social media platforms, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc duties related to sustainability projects as required

• Degree holder in Environmental Science, Engineering or any qualifications demonstrating the understanding of sustainability
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with HKEx / GRI reporting or sustainability compliance work for listed companies is preferred
• Experience in sustainability reporting and knowledge of dealing with sustainability rating agencies
• Knowledge of carbon accounting / verification and energy efficiency assessments and familiarity with prevailing international sustainability standards
• Able to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Strong research and analytical skills with excellent attention to details
• Proficiency in computer applications including data and financial analysis tools and familiar with MS Office and Chinese Processing
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
• Good planning, organization and project management skills
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player and able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Project Manager
