Leasing Manager (Retail & Commercial)

• Assist to develop and execute leasing and tenant mix strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for the assigned portfolio of quality retail and commercial properties
• Manage and handle all leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal
• Conduct market research & analysis periodically and compile leasing reports

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably with major developers
• Proven track record in identifying tenants for premium leasing portfolio
• Strong networks with property agencies, retailers and F&B operators
• Proactive and positive attitude with good market sense
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
