Directly report to Senior Manager – Admin & HR (Portfolio Leasing Department), act as business partner in Leasing Department. Our department manages diverse property investment portfolio mainly comprises shopping arcades and offices with area of 9.2 million sq. ft.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a full range of professional HR services including recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, staff relations, performance management, payroll & MPF calculation, taxation and staff record etc.
  • Work closely with different hiring managers for recruitment
  • Prepare HR reports for management review
  • Engage in different HR projects, including manpower planning, data analysis, performance review and management and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ HR experience, strong in C&B function and experience in generalist role is a plus
  • Good understanding in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, taxation and MPF related regulations, and other related legislations
  • Strong sense of job ownership, eager to learn, with can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in Excel and other PC applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
