Assistant Project Manager

• Assist in handling handover / takeover of leasing properties
• Co-ordinate tenant’s works and site inspection of reinstatement works
• Vet and monitor tenant’s fitting-out works
• Conduct feasibility study, cost estimation, tendering, site work supervision, assessment of variation, interim payment and final accountsettlement in relation to additional / alteration / subdivision / replacement works for leasing properties

• Degree in Building Engineering / Building Services Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience
• Familiar with contract documents using SOR / plumbing & drainage engineering
• Basic knowledge in local regulations of building and license application for F&B, PPE, school, etc. will be an advantage
• Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle multi-task and work independently
• Outdoor work is required
