Deputy Manager / Manager - Central Loyalty Program (Marketing)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in strategic planning for defining rules and business model of Central Loyalty Program
  • Liaise and drive collaboration with both internal & external participants and partners for joint promotion opportunities & growth plans to capitalize on business opportunities
  • Implement CRM activities including but not limited to loyalty program and member redemption
  • Collaborate with internal & external parties on the member communication plans and member performance growth activities
  • Enhance user interface design by understanding Central Loyalty Program, system and different touchpoints
  • Ensure loyalty program rules are visible and clear, formalize program rules and content
  • Lead the launch of marketing promotions, CRM campaigns & events to achieve business goals in a timely manner
  • Monitor loyalty program performance of lifecycle initiatives, enrollment & engagement and prepare regular reports for management review
  • Monitor marketing campaign timeline & budget, measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and prepare reports with budget planning
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing and CRM or loyalty program
  • Knowledge of CRM system with database management skills, able to work with IT team to develop new CRM system
  • Experience in shopping malls or Central Loyalty Program is preferred
  • Familiar with related CRM systems
  • Good team player, energetic and passionate
  • Able to motivate the team to drive business results in a proactive and collaborative manner
  • Self-motivated, creative, detail-minded, efficient, independent and possess initiative to deliver the best quality of work
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
