Financial Planning & Analysis Manager / Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

• Prepare monthly senior management reports and variance analysis for leasing portfolio
• Consolidate revenue and expenses of leasing portfolio
• Handle financial planning & analysis such as budgeting and forecasting etc. to support decision making
• Provide strategic analysis to support portfolio growth
• Drive process improvements in financial planning & analysis to improve management efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and oversee the team to support different stakeholders
• Provide other ad-hoc analyses and supports on a needed basis

• ACCA / HKICPA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ commercial real estate analysis / asset management experience with an emphasis on retail properties, preferably gained from real estate industry
• Excellent skills in Excel and consolidation for financial modeling
• Knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau is preferred
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
